Return Process

Our customer service team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the dress.
Pack the dress securely in its original packaging or a suitable alternative.
Affix the provided return shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping location.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned dress, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange the dress for a different size or color, please indicate this when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to availability.
If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
